For Fall seniors, I start booking in July and for Spring seniors, I start booking in November! I'll send out an email about a month in advance with all of the information you'll need! Once I email you with my availability and we decide on a date, I'll send you a proposal and contract. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date & then we are ready to go!

Frequently asked questions:
When should I reach out about senior photos?
Make sure and contact me as soon as you start thinking about senior photos! Most people won't know their schedules months in advance, so I use a waitlist for those who are interested in booking with me. I recommend getting on my waitlist anywhere from 8-5 months in advance (usually at the start of your second-to-last semester). There's no obligation to book when being added to my waitlist, it just guarantees that you'll be contacted with my availability when it's time to pick a date! The sooner you get on my waitlist, the better dates you'll have to choose from.
How do I pay for my session?
As soon as I reach out to you with availability and we decide on a date and package, you will be sent a proposal via Honeybook. When you view your proposal it will show you a breakdown of costs, payment schedule, and my contract. After reading and signing the contract, you can pay your 50% (non-refundable) deposit with a debit/credit card or bank transfer! The remainder of your balance is due a week prior to your session.
Payment plans will be made available on a case-by-case basis.
What if I need to reschedule/cancel?
Given that we typically book your date a few months before your session, I totally understand that life happens. If something comes up and you need to reschedule your shoot, I prefer that you give me 2 weeks notice. I will try and accommodate you to the best of my abilities but rescheduling is based on availability.
If there is bad weather in the forecast, I will reach out to you 1-2 days before your shoot to decide on a possible date for rescheduling. Arkansas is almost as bipolar as Texas when it comes to weather and the forecast is constantly changing. We will typically know by noon on the day of your session if we need to move it!
When it comes to cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable. I can only take a limited number of seniors each semester and you are essentially taking someone else's spot when you decide to book with me. If any additional payments have been made and the client gives at least 1 week of notice, they will be refunded for that amount.
When will we get our photos back?
One of the most time-consuming (and important!) tasks for every photographer is the editing process. I typically do some soft retouching (brightening eyes, whitening teeth, removing acne) and an average gallery takes between 5-8 hours from import to export. This year I am sending "sneak peeks" to each senior so that you'll have some images that same week. After that, I promise to deliver your full gallery within 2-3 weeks of your session and typically return them much sooner!
Why is sales tax added to my package?
Just like any other service, photographers are taxed on their sales - not just their income! In Arkansas, photos are considered a tangible good (despite being digital), so I have to use the local sales tax rate! This comes out to 10% and is added to each package total.
